Guernsey Literary Festival

Apart from Mervyn Peake's connection with the Channel Islands, Sark in particular; Clare, his daughter was born on the island and will be speaking about her new book, Under a Canvas Sky, to be published by Constable & Robinson in May 2011. I will be giving a centenary talk on my father, and the Peake on Sark exhibition taking place at Guernsey's nearby Museum and Art Gallery, will add to Peake interest at Guernsey's First Literary Festival.
